Webflow is a cloud-based platform that allows designers and developers to build responsive websites without code. Besides a visual web design interface, Webflow also offers managed hosting, a content management system (CMS), Ecommerce capabilities and more.

Webflow customers include NASA, Dell, Intuit, MTV and more.

ISSUES WITH WEBFLOW IN CHINA

While the site itself and those hosted on Webflow are not blocked in China (unless specific ones due to content reasons), the Webflow infrastructure is not built to cater specifically for China. As a result, they are subject to the same challenges faced by other websites in terms of compatibility and speed.

Outside of incompatible resources on the site, Webflow’s content delivery networks (CDNs) are industry-leaders Amazon Cloudfront and Fastly which perform competitively outside of China but are nonetheless slower than China CDNs in China. This is considering both including both China CDN's onshore and offshore Points of Presence (PoPs).
